The General Management of KHATOD OPTOELECTRONIC s.r.l. intends to provide, through all corporate structures, products with quality characteristics as specified, at a fair cost, in accordance with the Company intents. For this reason, the Company will take all its responsabilities towards its customers connected to the engineering and the production of its products as to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Customer “satisfaction” factor is considered strategic.

The satisfaction of all the interested parties shall also be considered as relevant.

To this end, KHATOD OPTOELECTRONIC s.r.l. identifies the following general objectives:

  • Quality of products supplied to its customers
  • Price competitiveness
  • Constant search for innovative solutions at economically competitive costs
  • Compliance with mandatory rules and laws

It follows from this, that all Company functions should be meant to ensure:

To co-ordinate the implementation of the above, the Management has enacted and is committed to maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS), described in the Quality Manual, based on the model proposed by the norm UNI EN ISO 9001 2015 Edition.
