Khatod’s researchers and technicians have developed in first the NJC technology (No Joint Construction) and it permits to eliminate the housing guaranteeing a perfect coupling of lens and LEDs without collimator’s help.
NJC technology finds its application and its best use in the realization of triple Lens, 50mm diameter.
Khatod’s technicians managed to develop lens and collimator in one unique solution, allowing an immediate collimation and an optimal mechanical coupling between lens and LED.
They are realized for every LEDs family actually on the market.

PL25 series is born to be used according to the standard MR11 and it is available in 4 different beams. Thanks to its NJC structure that can eliminate the collimator, it allows an optimal mechanical and optical coupling. PL25 series is available for the following LEDs:

This series has several applications: Reading Lamps, Streetlights and all applications in which high performances, high uniformity and wide range of angle’s types are required.

PL16 series is born for Wall Washing’s applications but it can be used also for lighting’s one where it is necessary a lighting system with high performances, optimal uniformity and reduced lateral dispersion of the light. Khatod, as is our rule, introduces the asymmetric series realized with NJC technology that allows an optimal coupling between LED and lens.

Thanks to continuous collaboration with constructor companies, Khatod Optoelectronic is able to introduce new lenses series, also for those LED types that are just available in the range. Khatod Optoelectronic shows in advance his own range of lenses dedicated to LUXEON® LEDs series K2. They are available 6 lenses series that can cover the entire range of applications, starting from the lenses of diameter 19,70mm to triple lenses of diameter 50,00mm (made also with NJC technology).
