Khatod Optics presents the new series of Quad Lenses dedicated to LUXEON® LEDs I/III/V.
They are manufactured exclusively in Cinisello Balsamo, Milan Headquarters, using NJC Technology which eliminates the housing and guarantees a perfect coupling between lens and LED making the collimator obsolete.
Thanks to NJC Technology, Quad Lenses offer better performance and thermal stability (PC) in comparison with the other lenses currently on the market.
The high quality of Khatod’s lenses is ensured by its own technology and fabrication process which are developed completely in-house. Khatod develops CUSTOM products in a very short time and applying its own formula, i.e. CUSTOM PRODUCT= ZERO MOULD COST. Intense quality tests are performed during the entire production process in two clear rooms and a dark room as well. Thanks to its automated production equipment, delivery terms are always respected and it is possible to carry out quality checks during the production phase as per the customers’ request.
Also this series of lenses are Patent Registered by Khatod Optoelectronic.

Series PL500 created to be used according to Standard MR16, is available in Narrow, Medium and Wide Beam. Thanks to its NJC structure it perfectly performs an excellent optical and mechanical coupling. It is available with or without PEG with applications in many fields such as: diving, inground luminaries, ground recessed lighting fixtures, fountain and swimming pool lighting, boat interiors.
