The designers and engineers of Khatod Optics have been the first to develop NJC Technology (No Joint Construction) which removes the lens housing and guarantees a perfect coupling between LUXEON® LEDs I/III/V and lens without using the collimator.

Series PL256 created to be used according to Standard MR11, is available in Narrow, Medium and Wide Beam. Thanks to NJC structure which makes the collimator vanish; the lens perfectly performs an excellent optical and mechanical coupling. Its applications are many, Reading Lamps as well as Street Lights and where specific performances are required together with high uniformity and a wide range of angles.

Series PL16 was created for Wall Washing applications, it is now used in Lighting where high intensity as well as excellent uniformity and efficiency of light are required. Khatod Optics presents the asymmetric series realized using NJC Technology which allows the perfect coupling between LUXEON® LEDs I/III/V and the lens. (Not available yet - In testing).

Series PL266 available in Narrow, Medium and Wide Beam is now NJC manufactured. With multiple applications such as: diving torches, domotic automation and wherever LED technology replaces the standard dichroic lamps currently used. In accordance with Standard MR11, these lenses are used also in the manufacture of recessed lights, projectors and theatrical lighting.
