Khatod introduces its own lenses, using NJC™ Technology. This new series introduces an innovative coupling system between lens and LED which eliminates production costs by hot riveting the pegs to the PCB.

Power LED Heatsinks The new series of Power LED Heatsinks, Heatsink MR11 and Heatsink MR16, has been created by using a new injection system, which allows an improved integration of the LED-lens-heatsink system.

Power LED Reflectors Khatod has created new products such as the Power LED Reflectors, the Narrow spot (12°) optic, dedicated to 7090XR-E LED CREE® XLAMP® series .
Khatod Reflectors are available in three sizes: 17mm – 20mm and 27mm, and in two different finishes: bright finish for Narrow spot (6°/8° depending on the LED type) and embossed finish for Wide spot (30°/40° depending on the LED type).

Beginning with substantial research, our designers and engineers have developed new, technically unique products while creating the necessary tooling and equipment to manufacture them.
For over twenty years Khatod Optoelectronic’s designers and engineers, working with some of the major European design centres, have been successful in specifying and developing these lenses.
By using software for optical simulation and software for thermoplastic injection moulding experimentation our designers have managed to develop highly technical products and to create and maintain high quality standards.
